MedeaWiz is dedicated to provide you with intuitive digital products and the lastest news in the industry. We also try to supply online documentation in our Downloads Center to help you learn and understand more about our products quickly and conveniently. However, if you ever encounter a problem or have a question whose answer cannot be found in the provided documents or FAQ section, please contact our Technical Support Department. Our technitians and trained staff are dedicated to help you to solve the problems.

What Information Do I Provide to Technical Support?

Please provide the following information when you call, fax or e-mail:

1. Your name and company, and your contact information.
2. Product name and model number(for example "DV-36" or DVD-2000)
3. A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

Warranty Repair
 

All MedeaWiz products are covered by our limited manufacturer warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for item(s) returned. MedeaWiz will be responsible for all labor cost, parts, and shipping cost back to the customer via ground service.

Out of Warranty Repair
All repairs/cost must be authorized by customer. Customer is responsible for all repair charge ($50.00 per hour for labor plus parts, and shipping charge both ways). For any item(s) deemed not repairable, the customer will be notified by a MedeaWiz representative.
Cancel Order
A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping charge is not refundable.
Return for Refund

Customer can return item(s) for refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee if item(s) are not defective.

 

No refund after 30 days.

No refund for special order products.

How Do I Return a MedeaWiz Product?
If our Technical Support engineer determines that your product needs to be returned or possibly replaced, the following information is required to return the product. Please download the RMA form (Word / PDF) and fill out the necessary info such as those indicated below BEFORE contact our Customer Service Dept. for a valid RMA number. (Any package sent in without an RMA number will be subjected to No-Action. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

-Model number
-Serial number
-Date of purchase
-Proof of purchase(copy of original sales receipt or invoice of an Authorized MedeaWiz product distributor)
-Your ship-to address and any special shipping requirements
-Your telephone number
-Your e-mail address
-Specific and detailed description of the problem
Note: MedeaWiz Corporation reserves the right to charge for return shipping and handling charges on any unit returned found to be fully operational.

MedeaWiz Corporation shall have no liability with respect to
(a) data lost, regardless of the cause
(b) data recovery services
(c) data contained in any Product placed in MedeaWiz 's possession.
Please read the following shipping instructions carefully.
Authorized returned products that arrive in MedeaWiz Corporation's warehouse, without a RMA number or without appropriate warranty information or without a copy of your Original Sales Receipt/ Invoice of an Authorized MedeaWiz Corporation Dealer will result in "No-Action" to be taken by the Service Department. If this is the case, you will then be contacted via e-mail to provide the missing required information, document(s), and or payment to complete the required components of the RMA and to progress forward on your request. MedeaWiz Corporation is not liable or responsible for any returned product(s) to MedeaWiz Corporation that are incomplete, un-authorized, unclaimed, or unknown, and are subject to, but not limited to, destruction and or disposal in any manner deemed appropriate by MedeaWiz Corporation after 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment to MedeaWiz Corporation and any alteration to the product (i.e., removal, damage, or tampering of labels or seals, defacement of the product or abuse) will void the manufacture's warranty and subject to payment for the return of the product(s).

--Do not send proof of purchase or payment separately from product return.--
--All products deemed Out-of Warrenty are subject to a minimum $40.00USD charge, excluding freight.
-- You may be subject to a $15 service fee and return shipping costs on items found not to be defective.

We will only be responsible for items specified and actually returned on the RMA. Only products and quantities authorized will be accepted. If your RMA packing list is in error, please contact MedeaWiz Corporation Customer Service prior to sending any shipment.

Pack the unit in its original shipping carton if possible. If the original shipping materials are not available, then pack the unit in a shipping carton large enough to accommodate both the unit and at adequate packing material on all sides. Obtain an RMA form and RMA number and be sure to indicate the RMA number on the outside of every shipping carton. This expedites the processing of receiving your return at our repair facility. Finally, ship the unit freight prepaid and insured to avoid your liability for loss or damage.

Seal the carton using adhesive packing tape. Make sure all carton edges are sealed also to prevent any tearing. Retain a record of your RMA number for possible inquiries. Your RMA number must be placed on the outside of your package.
Only one RMA number per box. When possible, use a traceable carrier (i.e., Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) when shipping in your product. Customer pays RMA shipping costs to MedeaWiz Corporation and MedeaWiz Corporation pays RMA standard UPS ground shipping costs to customer during the active warranty period. Send to the appropriate address as listed below.
